Timmy Trumpet’s FREAKSHOW to be streamed from SCG

In a world first, world-renowned Australian DJ and instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet will livestream his FREAKSHOW from the Sydney Cricket Ground this Halloween (9pm AEDT, Saturday October 31).

Timmy Trumpet’s first ever livestream earlier this year clocked over 7 Million views worldwide, becoming one of the most watched EDM performances in 2020. In 2019 Timmy’s discography exceeded 1.2 Billion streams.

“The SCG has hosted all sorts of live sport and entertainment events, but this is a first in its 160-year history.  Timmy Trumpet is a global sensation and will bring a whole new audience to our ground,” Sydney Cricket and Sports Grounds Chief Executive Kerrie Mather said.

“We’ve seen the return of fans to sport already at the SCG and Timmy Trumpet’s concert is another important step in the return of live entertainment.”

Timmy Trumpet’s breakthrough release Freaks has reined in over half a billion streams, reached six times platinum status in Australia and dominated the charts in ten countries. His debut mainstage performance at Tomorrowland in 2017 is the highest streamed set of all time on the official YouTube channel.

Timmy will be bringing all the energy and excitement that you would expect from one of his main festival stage performances, playing new tracks that have never been heard before along with fan favourites.
