AFL: Sydney Swans v Hawthorn Hawks

Sydney AFL fans have been gifted a sensational finish to the home and away season with the Swans hosting AFL powerhouse Hawthorn in Round 23.

John Longmire's men have had an incredibly tough run home and need a strong performance to signal their intentions leading into September. A Round 8 win to the Swans in Melbourne will bring back memories for Hawthorn and they are a much improved side leading in to this tussle.

The Hawks have been hovering in the middle of the top eight pack and are always up for a scrap whether at home or in front of 40,000 baying Sydney supporters at the SCG.

These two teams have an emerging rivalry and with the likes of Franklin and Roughead plying their trade this should be a memorable night.

The Trust precinct is hosting a double-header this evening with the Sydney Roosters taking on the Brisbane Broncos at Allianz Stadium so take public transport and arrive early as the crowds will be significant.

For Swans fans wishing to drive to the ground the EP3 carpark (off Lang Road) will be available for a fee and will fill up quickly.
