The Trust recently convened to review Members dress regulations, following feedback from Members and guests during the 2006/07 International Cricket Season.
It was agreed that it was necessary for the Trust to provide clarification on our expectations in relation to minimum dress standards in the Members Reserve.
The review included a full comparison of dress standards at other venues e.g. interstate cricket grounds and the AJC. The Trust also took into consideration the longstanding traditions of the SCG, whilst bearing in mind contemporary trends and the wishes of our Members.
The Trust’s amended dress regulations policy is outlined below. SCG Members are reminded that dress regulations must be observed at all times in the SCG and will be strictly enforced by Event Day staff.
