Token Required

Due to safety and comfort level considerations, effective immediately Saturday 8.30am Pilates class requires a token to reserve your place. Numbers will be capped at 30 on a 'first-in-best-dressed' basis. Tokens can be collected from Venue Services up to 30 minutes prior to the class commencement.

Weights Area Closed

Due to maintenance work, part of the weight machine area closest to the pool will be closed on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 November from 11am - 2pm. Works carried out include the fixing of the roof and repainting. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Early Closure

Due to operational requirements, the Fitness Centre will be closed at 12 noon on Sunday 22 November for the staging of Pearl Jam concert at the Sydney Football Stadium. We apologise for any inconvenience.

New Class Time

Effective immediately Friday Aqua class will commence at 7.45am instead of 7.30am. This later starting time is a consensus by aqua participants who have attended the Friday class since its resumption and will allow for smoother transition from Swim School activities to aqua class. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Daylight Savings Operating Hours

Due to the commencement of daylight savings, commencing Friday 9 October the Fitness Centre closing time for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will revert back to 9pm.

Tennis Booking Policy

Group Personal Training

The Stadium Fitness Centre launches Group Personal Training program for Members who wish to enjoy the full benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. A minimum of three up to six participants is required for this session. Assemble your group, train with friends or we can assign you to a group.
