2009 Test Match

Following a comprehensive review of Members reserved seating during the International Cricket Season, changes have been made to the program.

Commencing this season, Members reserved seats will only be available on days one and two of the Test Match in the Bradman and Brewongle Stands .

The new program, which will be managed in-house by Membership Services, focuses on traditional cricket and aims to offer reserved seats only in areas outside of the Members Reserve.  

The cost of reserved seats will be subsidised by the Trust and purchased on days where capacity crowds are expected in the Members Reserve.

All seating areas of the Members Reserve (MA Noble Stand, Ladies Stand and Members Pavilion) will be available to Members on a first in, first served basis when gates open for the Test Match. The only exception being that the first two bays of the Members Pavilion will continue to be reserved for those Members with over 50 years of membership standing. 

Members wishing to participate in the ballot for reserved seats on days one and two of the Test Match are required to register their interest by contacting Membership Services on 1800 80 11 55.

Registration can be made from 9am to 5pm daily from Wednesday 1 October to Wednesday 8 October 2008 (closing at 5pm Wednesday).

RESERVED SEATING LOCATIONS

Reserved seating will be available in the following locations:

  • Brewongle Stand - Bays 4, 5, 8 and 9
  • Bradman Stand - Bays 6, 7, 9 and 10

GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Member wishing to sit together MUST register in the one booking
  • There is a maximum of eight seats per application per event day
  • All relevant Member card numbers must be quoted at the time of application
  • One Member of the group is to make the booking on behalf of the group
  • All applicants will be notified of the ballot result via email on Monday 3 November
  • Successful applicants will receive their reserved seat tickets in the mail in the week commencing Monday 24 November

COST

  • All Members applying for reserved seats must be 2008/09 financial at the time of booking
  • The cost of reserved seating is $30 per seat per day (incl. GST)
  • The total amount of the seats applied for will be charged to your credit card if successful in the ballot

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

  • There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available for booking in the MA Noble Stand concourse and Ladies Stand concourse
  • Those Members wishing to reserve seats with wheelchair access, please contact Membership Services on 1800 80 11 55 or email membership@scgt.nsw.gov.au and quote 'Accessible Seating Request'
  • If applications exceed the spaces available a ballot will be conducted
