The Stadium Fitness Centre Crèche is an occasional care child minding service available to Gold Members and their guests. Our experienced carers pride themselves on providing a high quality service in which Members can place their trust.
The Stadium Crèche is an indoor/outdoor facility equipped with several separate play and creative areas, nappy change area, toilet/washroom facilities and a kitchen. The Stadium Crèche has a wide selection of educational, creative and fun toys for the children to enjoy.
The Stadium Crèche caters for children between the ages of 8 weeks and 5 years of age.
Staffing
The ratio of children we allow ensures that our staff are able to provide the best care for the children in the facility. The ratio is as follows:
3 babies (8 weeks – 12 months old)
8 toddlers (1year – 3 years old)
10 pre-schoolers (3 years – 5 years old)
All staff employed in the Stadium Crèche meet or exceed the Government childcare qualification requirements.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 12.30pm
Saturday 8.00am – 11.30am
The Crèche does not operate on public holidays and closes for a short period over the Christmas and New Year period.
Bookings
Bookings are essential and may be made for one hour, one and a half hours or two hour blocks. Babies under the age of 12 months may only attend the Crèche for one hour.
Casual Bookings
Are made available one week in advance from the day you wish to book your child into the Stadium Crèche. Bookings may be made on this day from 6.00am.
In consideration of other Members, please notify Venue Services by phoning 1300 724 737 if your child is unable to attend their booking.
Pricing Structure
Effective 1 October the following pricing structure will take effect.

1 hour $6.50
1.5 hours $8.50
2 hours $10.00
2 children
1 hour $10.00
1.5 hours $13.50
2 hours $18.50
3 children
1 hour $13.50
1.5 hours $18.50
2 hours $23.50
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a fair system to all users of the Crèche, you are required to contact Venue Services if you are unable to make your booking.
Please be advised of the following policy which will take effect immediately.
- Notification up to 2 hours prior to your booking time is acceptable without incurring any penalties.
- A letter of warning will be issued to two-time offenders.
- Failure to comply following this will result in your booking privileges being revoked for 1 week.

Creche Late Pick Up Policy
It is an OH&S requirement and for the safety of other children in our care that you collect your child on time. Effective 1 October a fee of $10 will be incurred for any late pick up more than five minutes. Repeat offenders will have their booking privilege suspended.
